We have sold Koblenz carpet cleaning machines
for over 20 years. They are all metal construction and have
incredible reliability.
The use of the machine is
somewhat different than most people are familiar with. The
machine uses a shampoo which is a dry foam
concentrate.
It is actually liquid. Mix it with hot water in the
tank and it comes out as foam on the carpet. The machine
has two rotary brushes that scrub the carpet. The dry foam
shampoo contains a chemical designed to make the carpet
dry fast and on a warm day in less than thirty minuites.
The foam
leaves a swirl pattern in the carpet. Just vacacuum up the
residue and you are finished. No need to empty all the
dirty water. The machine can also be used to polish and
scrub linolium and tile.
The body of the machine is steel.
Steel handle is rust proof galvanized steel base and the
motor drives the brushes with bronze gears. No belts to ever
change. Depending on the size of your cleaning area in
some cases, it costs more to have professional carpet
cleaners come to your house than it would be to buy the
Koblenz machine. The shampoo used resists soiling. No
soap residue is left on the surface to attract dirt.
